Tidal Pool is an acrylic tropical seascape beach painting of Siesta Key Beach, Florida.
"It had rained heavily during a storm the day before leaving pools of water both from the rain and the tides. I painted the scene on an orange-toned canvas. I sometimes like to let a little bit of orange show through in various areas to warm the overall feel of the painting. I painted this on location (plein air) in a very loose and almost impressionistic style. The original 10"x30" painting has been sold but it is now available as a high quality fine art print."
