The original was painted plein air on the property of an artist friend near Sarasota, Florida. It was a sunny and warm morning as artists set up their easels near the beautiful pond and lush tropical foliage. I wanted to portray the warmth of the scene by using the warm colors of reddish greens and golden yellows. The original has been sold but it is now available as a high quality print.
